MEN’S JIU-JITSU

This is a men’s Jiu-Jitsu class that concentrates on the 4 phases of BJJ: 1. Closing the distance
2. Takedowns
3. Positional control on the ground
4. Submissions.

Teaching Style:

I teach a student focused and outcome oriented class. This means that there is no particular curriculum. Each class is tailored to navigating your way through the depth of Jiujitsu.
